Anti-coagulation

I am seen at the Anti-coagulation clinic at Barts Hospital, London (Tel: +44 (0)20 7601 8051 and OOH and emergency tel: 020 7377 7000). My hospital number is 1280624 WH. See above chart for my latest INR readings.

I started on Warfarin on the 1st August 2006 following a bout of Atrial Fibrillation. My cardiologist indicated that I should stay on it for life.
