| Angiogram |
| Following feeling "unwell" for a few days with orthopnea and breathlessness on excercise, I had an angiogram on the 11th April 2002. This indicated amost complete blockage of the LAD coronary artery which was stented, and about 80% blockage of the end of the right coronary artery which was left alone. |

| I recovered quickly from the angioplasty and was well until 31st July 2006 when I went into Atrial Fibrillation. I was started on Digoxin and Amiodarone but did not convert back to SR. Eventually on 16th October 2006 I had a cardio-version at Barts which was successful and I have been in SR since (Written October 2008). The post conversion ECG is below. I reverted to AF again in Feb 2009. |

| Since then I have been well, although I have gone back into AF. Medication as on previous sheet. Blood tested regularly, INR chart on seperate page. |
